To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

NOTE For those applying for all Holy Family Preschool programs:

Students applying for 3YO preschool must be 3 years old by Sept. 1.
Students applying for 4YO preschool must be 4 years old by Sept. 1.
Students applying for the Pre-K programs must be 5 years old by October 31.
All preschool students must be potty trained.

NOTE for those applying for the Pre-K programs at Holy Family preschool in Oakmont and Plum:

Holy Family PRE-K program at St. Irenaeus in Oakmont is Half Day M-F.
The full-day option for the Pre-K program is only offered at the St. John's campus in Plum.

NOTE for those applying for Kindergarten: Students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee. (Include amount if any)

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:
